Laurie Theresa Smith, 50, of Fort Smith passed away June 4, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born Aug. 2, 1965, in New Orleans to Walter and Eliza Theresa Mack Smith. She was a phlebotomist for Sparks Regional Medical Center and she was of the Catholic faith.
