Larry A. Ratcliff, age 59, of Jackson, passed away unexpectedly at O'Bleness Hospital in Athens on Thursday, August 18, 2016. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on December 23, 1956 to the late William and Virginia (Fultz) Ratcliff.
