Lacine Carter

Lacine M. Carter, 96, of Subiaco went to be with the lord Monday, May 9, 2016, in Paris. She was born Jan. 1, 1920, in Subiaco to Edward and Rose (Wright) Lee. She was a lifelong resident of Subiaco. She was a homemaker and a helper on the farm with her husband, Art, for 72 years before his death in 2013. Mom welcomed everyone who came to her door with a warm smile, a drink of water or tea and a cookie or piece of cake. She believed in the biblical teaching of "love thy neighbor as thyself."
