CARLOCK — Kevin R. Sebastian, 47, of Island Lake, formerly of Cary and Mount Prospect, brother of a Carlock woman, passed away at 2:16 p.m. Monday (Sept. 26, 2016) at Good Shepherd Hospital, Barrington.
