Kelly Ann Scoggins Hearn, 38, of Shawnee, Okla., died Thursday, June 23, 2016, in Shawnee. She was born Aug. 23, 1977, in Del Rio, Texas, to Gary Lee and Mary Ellen Conway Scoggins. She was a homemaker and Walmart department manager. Kelly was married May 5, 2012, to Josh Alan Hearn. She was a graduate of Wheat Ridge High School in Wheat Ridge, Calif.
