ALMA — Katie Lou Bell Blan, 73, of Alma died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 12, 1942, in Melton, Okla. She was a cook for the Alma Senior Inn, of the Assembly of God faith and the widow of Rick About.
