Joyce Jaggers

Joyce Evelyn Eiland Jaggers passed away Monday, July 18, 2016, at 1:19 a.m. in Fayetteville. She was born in Gurdon on Nov. 4, 1921. Her residence the last 27 years of life was in Fort Smith, which she shared with her husband of 64 years, Clyde W. Jaggers.
