SALLISAW — Joyce Bernice (Hutchens) Jackson, 88, of Sallisaw died Thursday, April 21, 2016, in Sallisaw. She owned and operated Bernice’s Beauty Shop and was a member of First Christian Church in Sallisaw and a foster grandparent at Liberty Elementary School.
