Joyce Dorsey

Joyce Dorsey, 83, of Fort Smith died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016, in a local nursing home. She was retired from Rheem Manufacturing in Fort Smith and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Fort Smith.
