Joyce Carpenter

KINTA — Joye Colleen Carpenter, 86, of Kinta died Friday, June 24, 2016, in her home. She was born Aug. 17, 1929, in Kinta. She received her bachelor's degree at Northeastern University and her master's from East Central in Ada, Okla., was an elementary schoolteacher and a member of Kinta First Baptist Church.
