Joy Sudberry

ARKOMA — Joy Sudberry, 81, of Arkoma died Monday, Jan. 18, 2016. She was a fashion illustrator for Hunt’s Department Stores, a volunteer at the Hope Center and the former mayor of Arkoma in 1983.
