Joy Izell

Joy Izell, 82, of Midland, died Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born March 20, 1934, in Des Moines, Iowa. She was retired from Baldor, of the non-denomination faith and a member of the Red Hat Society — Foxy Ladies. She was the widow of Bob Izell.
