John L. Channell, 63, of Wellston, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017, at Four Winds Community in Jackson. He was born on November 24, 1953 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Arthur Clyde and Hilda Roberta (Anderson) Channell.
