Joe Siebnenmorgen

Joe A. Siebenmorgen Jr., 90, of Morrison Bluff died Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016, in Morrison Bluff. He was born Feb. 15, 1925, in Morrison Bluff. He was an Army veteran of World War II, operated a dairy farm, was mayor of Morrison Bluff and a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Morrison Bluff, the American Legion in Scranton and Farm Bureau.
