Joe Marley II

After a protracted battle with cancer, Joe Ben Marley II died May 13, 2016, in Alma, at the age of 64. He leaves behind his wife, Joyce Marley; his daughters, Amy McPartland and Kaitlyn Speck; and his son, Ben Marley. Joe was born Sept. 19, 1951, in Fort Smith to father H. Don Marley Sr. and mother Mary Lou Marley. He grew up in a large, loving family with four brothers. He served in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War. He married Joyce Wiley on June 16, 1984.
