Jim Brooks

The Rev. Jim F. Brooks, who resided in Paris, died Thursday, June 16, 2016, in Paris at the age of 73. He was born May 22, 1943, in Fort Smith, the son of the Rev. A.R. and Velma (Clem) Brooks, both of whom preceded him in death. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Herman Brooks, J.R.
