Jason Chase Parrish, 40, of Ozark died Friday, June 10, 2016, in Ozark. He was a truck driver for Penhall Construction. He attended Full Gospel Temple Church. He was born Nov. 19, 1975, in Fort Smith to J.C. Parrish and Juanita Bowman Parrish.
