James Whipple

James R. Whipple, 73, of Fort Smith passed away Jan. 20, 2016. He was born Feb. 4, 1942, in Fort Smith. He was a member of Oak Cliff Baptist Church, an Army veteran and the co-owner of Whip’s Tool and Cutter Grinding. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer Whipple.
