James Kyle Fraser "Skeeter," 88 of Vilonia died Tuesday, May 10, 2016. He was born Oct. 23, 1927, in Springdale to John Kyle Fraser and Bertha O'Bryant Fraser. He was a graduate of Fort Smith High School and the University of Arkansas (Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity). Skeeter and his family have lived in Vilonia for the past 43 years with civic activities, including his church, Optimists, Lions and Arkansas Scottish Society.
