James Downs

MENA — James Everette "Cotton" or "Jim" Downs, 86, of Mena died Friday, Aug. 5, 2016. He was born Aug. 9, 1929, in the Rich Mountain community. He was a graduate of Acorn High School and Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, a veteran of the Korean War and served in the Arkansas National Guard, retired from AEP and was the widow of Marjorie Downs.
