HARTMAN — James “Jimmy” Cowell, 92, of Hartman died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015, in Lamar. He was born April 23, 1923, in Lutherville. He was a mechanic, a member of Hartman Baptist Church and the widower of Lera Cowell.
