Jacquilyn Barnett

Jacquilyn "Jackie" R. Howell Mathews Barnett departed this life Aug. 8, 2016. She was born March 25, 1937, to Susanne Springer and Arthur E. Howell in Kansas City, Mo.,. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sue, and stepfather, Dillard F. Walden; daughter-in-law, Alison Mathews; and granddaughter, Jessica Mathews.
