Jackie Leo Proctor, 82, of Summersville, died Tuesday, November 7, 2017, in the Fayette Nursing & Rehab Center. He was the son of the late Kenneth and Dahlia Pauley Proctor and was born October 21, 1935. Jackie was a former lumber mill worker.
