Harold Dale Arthur, age 67, of Wellston, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born May 6, 1951 in Vinton County, Ohio to Harold Clinton “Sam” Arthur and Dorothy Jane Richards Arthur.
