Gordon Williams

Gordon Ray Williams, 94, of Poteau passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016, in Muskogee, Okla. Gordon was born July 9, 1921, in Redwater, Tex., to Roy & Ila Mae (Sanders) Williams. He was a retired pipe-fitter; a member of the pipe-fitters union for 50 years. Gordon was a veteran of the US Navy. He was a 32nd Degree Mason. Gordon attended the Methodist Church in Wister. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Billie Jo; his parents, Roy Williams and Ila Mae Williams Hooper; stepfather,
