Gay Presley

Gay Presley, 80, of Fort Smith died March 30, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born Dec. 26, 1935, in Fort Smith to Jessie Olin and Pauline Elizabeth Stinson Young. She was retired from the Fort Smith Public School System, serving as principal of Ballman Elementary School. She was a member of the Arkansas Education Association and a current member of First Baptist Church.
