Francis D. Steltzer

BURLINGTON, N.C. - Francis (Frank) Donald Steltzer born Dec. 31, 1922, in Plattsburgh, N.Y., peacefully departed this life on Jan. 8, 2016, in the comfort of his home. He lived every day of his life with a positive attitude and a joyful loving spirit. His many accomplishments didn't overshadow his most treasured role as husband to his sweetheart Virginia LaRocque of 69 years and father of six. He was a proud grandfather of ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
