Frances Frala

CLARKSVILLE — Frances Emily Frala, 89, of Clarksville died Thursday, June 16, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born Nov. 8, 1926. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Christian Mothers Society and was the widow of Edmund Frala.
