BLOOMINGTON — Felisa Sarmiento Sebastian, 95, of Bocaue, Bulacan, Philippines, formerly a resident of Bloomington, was called by the Lord to join him Feb. 25, 2016, at the Yanga Hospital in Bocaue, with family at her bedside.
