Fay Derrick

Fay Foy Derrick, 86, of Fort Smith died Thursday, April 28, 2016, at a local nursing home. She was born Feb. 16, 1930, in Magazine. She was a retired cook and preparer for the Sparks Dietary Department, a Baptist and the widow of William F. Derrick.
