STIGLER — Eula Jane (Scroggins) Martin, 101, of Stigler died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016, in Stigler. She was born April 27, 1914, in Coal Hill. She retired from Ramona’s dress shop, was a member of Stigler First Freewill Baptist Church and the widow of Deward Martin Sr.
