Eugene Armstrong

Eugene A. Armstrong II, 73, of Russellville died June 16, 2016, at Legacy Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born July 28, 1942, to Eugene Arthur and Catherine Celia Plale Armstrong in Akron, Ohio. He retired as an instrumentation and robotics technician. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam, and a member and past president of the Central Arkansas Chapter of the Instrumentation Society of America.
