Elta Marie DeFrates, 80, of Bloomington passed away at 1:43 a.m. Monday (Jan. 8, 2018) at Bloomington Rehabilitation. She was not alone, as she passed away with Carlo and Angela DeFrates and Elta’s son, Robert L DeFrates, with her.
