Elsie Faye Nanny Wise, 79, of Van Buren died Monday, Feb. 8, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born Nov. 21, 1936, in Idabel, Okla. She was of the Assembly of God faith and the widow of Samuel Wise Jr.
