RATCLIFF — Ellen Fox, 93, of Ratcliff died Monday, June 20, 2016, in Charleston.. She was born Oct. 2, 1922, in Washburn. She graduated from USF St. Petersburg, Fla., in 2002, was a homemaker, a member of the Assembly of God and the widower of Clyde Fox.
