Edwin Decker

Edwin (Ed) Nathan Decker, 69, entered into eternal rest Thursday, June 23, 2016. Ed was born in Howe, Okla., on May 2, 1947. He was the second child and only son of the late Elmer Nathan Decker & Pauline Ollar Decker. He was a member of the Mountain View Baptist Church and a member of the Howe Water Board.
