Dorthea O'Neal

SAPULPA, Okla. — Dorthea Sue (Garner) O'Neal, 89, of Sapulpa, Okla., died Monday June 20, 2016, in her home. She was born April 4, 1927, in Wister. She was a member of Wister United Methodist Church, served on the Wister City Council and was the widow of Eugene O'Neal.
