Donna Perceful, 65, of Fort Smith passed from this life in a local hospital Sunday, March 13, 2016. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Donna was born Nov. 30, 1950, in Mulberry to James Edward and Omah Lee (Shores) Brooks. She was a retired schoolteacher, having taught for 42 years at County Line Schools and at Tilles and Sutton elementary schools.
