PANAMA — Donald Dean Williams, 69, died Sunday, ­Feb. 7, 2016. He was born Oct. 16, 1945, in Panama. He attended high school in Gallup, N.M., and was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, earning the Vietnam Service Medal and National Defense Service Medal.
