SAYBROOK — Donald Ray Simpsen, 85, of Cazenovia, Wis., was born Aug. 18, 1930 in Saybrook, to Henry and Hazel Simpsen, and died Tuesday (June 7, 2016) at Reedsburg Area Medical Center, Reedsburg, Wis., surrounded by his family.
