Debra Blankenship

Debra Shirlene Sisco Blankenship passed away in the early morning hours of Feb. 11, 2016. She was born Sept. 27, 1956, and was the precious daughter of Phil and Shirley Sisco. Debbie is a graduate of Fort Smith Northside High School, twice graduated from UAFS (Westark), first as a licensed practical nurse and second as a registered nurse serving in area hospitals for some 25 years.
