OZARK — Deborah Jean Bird, 68, of Ozark died Sunday, July 3, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born May 17, 1948, in Ozark. She was retired from her salon, A New Image, was a member of Lighted Tabernacle Baptist Church in Chismville and the widow of James Bird.
