D. Wayne McConnell

D. Wayne McConnell, 80, of Muldrow passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, in Roland. He was born July 11, 1935, in Muldrow, the son of Creagor and Cora Mae (Sharp) McConnell. He married Jacqueline Ethel Holder on April 12, 1971, in Hamburg. Mr. McConnell was a U.S. Army veteran of Korea and of the Baptist faith. He was the owner/operator of beauty schools and shops in Monroe, La., and a pawn shop and was a bail bondsman and real estate broker.
