A Welcome Home Celebration will be held, at 11:30 a.m., with visitation from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016, at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, OH, for Corporal Charles A. White, Jr., son of the late Charles Alfred and Anna May Smarkol White of New Lexington.
