Cordelia Culbertson

HOWE — Cordelia Faye Bost Culbertson, 89, a former resident of Howe, passed away Monday, April 4, 2016, in a Colbert, Okla., nursing home. She was born Nov. 8, 1926. She was the widow of Charles Culbertson.
