Cloe McCartney

OZARK — Cloe McCartney, 89, of Ozark died Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was a retired employee of Cargill. He was born Sept. 7, 1926, in Murphy, Okla., to Kin and Malinda Brendle McCartney. He was the widower of Pauline Farmer McCartney.
