Christopher “Chris” Moses Whitt, 38, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Sunday, Nov. 6, 2016 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. He was born Sept. 30, 1978 in Bryan, Ohio to Bob and Shirley Whitt.
