Chester Adkins

Chester Adkins, age 88, of Oak Hill, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016, at Heartland of Jackson. He was born Jan. 20, 1928, in Oak Hill to the late Cecil and Clara (Radabaugh) Adkins.
