Charlotte Rochelle Apple passed from this life Saturday, March 26, 2016. She was born Charlotte Rochelle Ward on July 11, 1936, in Fort Smith to Robert Ward and Myrtle Ward Spangler. She married Sanford Eugene “Gene” Apple on June 10, 1956. Charlotte worked at Elmore Records and Bibles in Fort Smith from the age of 16 and eventually owned and operated the business with husband, Gene.
