Charles Winesburg

Charles Elwood Winesburg, 96, of Jenny Lind died Thursday, June 9, 2016, of cancer at Peachtree Hospice Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith. He was born Nov. 29, 1919, in Wheeling, W.Va. He was the son of Charles Edward and Elizabeth (VanDyne) Winesburg and husband of Betty J. (Phillips) Winesburg of Jenny Lind.
